Inphenix does all this at its 100,000 square foot facility in beautiful Livermore, California (just 30 miles east of San Francisco) and includes a 15,000 square foot Class 10 Fab and a 20,000 square foot packaging area.
WAVELENGTHS
These lasers and light sources include Superluminescent Diodes (SLDs) and Semiconductor Optical Amplifiers (SOAs) and are available from 700nm to 1700nm wavelengths.

Light Sources. Inphenix is a leading manufacturer of light source, Superluminescent Diodes (SLDs) and Semiconductor Optical Amplifiers (SOAs) that cover emission window range from 700nm to 1650nm. Inphenix offers chip-level to module and subsystem-level broadband light sources and lasers.
Vertically Integrated. Inphenix is a vertically integrated supplier with a 10,000 square foot Class 10 Fab for epitaxial growth and chip processing and a 20,000 square foot packaging area for hermetically sealed packaging and testing. Inphenix’s full front-end to back-end capability ensures total quality control and accelerated deliveries and development.
California ISO Certified. Inphenix’s facility in Livermore, California is ISO9001:2015 certified and our products are Telcordia GR- 468, MIL883 and RoHS compliant. Our products have been widely deployed by leading companies in the medical, telecom and industrial markets.
